Cancellation & Refund Policy :There is no contract between Jogi Tours & Travels Travels and the client until the Firm has received initial deposit amount of specified tour package.
In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons
Processing Time: It would take a minimum of 15 to 45 days to process the refund (if due).
Non-Utilization of Services: It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the Client does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours, etc., due to any reason whatsoever.
Mode of Refunds: Refunds (If any) for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to the Client for bookings made directly with the Company. Refunds will be processed by way of NEFT / RTGS / Crossed cheque or by credit card reversal at the discretion of the company. It would take at least 45 days to process refunds.
Unutilized Services: is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g., meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, transport, and sightseeing, etc.,) for any reason whatsoever.
Refund Method: service booked in advance and cancelled as per the booking policy, the refund will be done in the same mode of payment after deducting cancellation charges and actual bank charges, if any. This process will take 15 to 45 days to reflect in the customer's account.
